     The Rolling Acres & Guava Street Recreational Site project consists of the following improvements:

Guava Street Little League Ballfield work included:

      Clearing & grubbing (tilling, removing & hauling  off the old grass & debris), fencing, building bleachers, concrete work (dugouts, score booth, bleachers), lighting, bases, plate, pitchers rubber, bat rack, scoreboard, irrigation and site electrical distribution (wiring).

Rolling Acres Sports Complex work included:

     Tilling, removing & haul old grass, Soccer Field Equipment (goals, nets, flags, permanent markers), fencing, players' benches, bleachers, soccer field lighting, electric services (i.e. irrigation and lights), golf driving range, paved parking, pine bark drive, north driveway entrance, relocating sheds, and concessions building.
