     SEI started providing land surveying services in 1980 to provide data for SEI’s engineering projects and has since expanded the department at a steady rate to provide services to all area clients.  SEI has accumulated an extensive file of surveying data within Lake and Sumter Counties providing boundary surveys ranging in size from residential lots to parcels ranging upward to 5000 acres and more.

     SEI provides topographic data for any size parcel using state-of-the-art equipment for the smaller jobs and providing aerial photogrammetry services using outside consultants for projects of any size. 

     SEI also provides construction staking of roadway and development projects.  SEI crew members are experienced in all areas of surveying providing the design engineer with preliminary engineering information and efficient detailed layout for any project.
